Rob Howard, Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the founder of Ensenda and brings a unique blend of technology expertise and logistics industry knowledge to his role as Chief Executive Officer. He founded Ensenda with the vision of applying technology to bring order to the ‘last mile’ of the supply chain – local delivery.  Under Rob’s direction, Ensenda has focused on building enduring partnerships with carriers and customers which have allowed Ensenda to become the leading provider of last mile delivery services in North America.  Prior to Ensenda, Rob held management positions in USWeb/CKS's strategy practice, where he handled business development efforts and guided top retailers in building new revenue channels. Previously, at Dispatch Management Services, Rob designed and implemented a highly successful mergers and acquisitions strategy in the same day delivery industry. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for Ensenda, for Greater San Francisco Habitat for Humanity and is a past Board member of the Messenger Courier Association of America. Rob holds a B.S. in Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Yale.

Chris Miller, Vice President of Operations
Chris is an experienced logistics professional with over 20 years of expertise in operations management and supply chain strategy. He is at the forefront of Ensenda’s evolution beyond third-party logistics’ status quo: investing in local delivery carriers by providing them with technology that streamlines their operations and transforms them into a virtual customer-dedicated fleet; and, creating a proactive team of last mile experts that are involved in carriers and customers’ day-to-day operations. Prior to Ensenda he led dedicated and third party operations for Advanced Marketing Services/Bluefin Global Logistics as Vice President - Logistics. Chris was also Senior Director of Logistics at Kyocera Wireless where he managed supply chain operations including logistics, order management, planning and materials. He began his career at Airborne Express where he led international express operations, and also managed various sales and operations organizations. Chris has a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. – Supply Chain from the University of San Diego.

Shermann Min, Vice President of Technology
Shermann brings more than 20 years of software development experience to Ensenda and oversees the company's engineering, quality assurance, and information technology organizations. Under his leadership, Ensenda has pushed its technology beyond transportation management systems’ typical focus on contract administration and shipment visibility and into providing customers with real-time control through to the end customer’s delivery experience. Prior to joining Ensenda, he was Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at Instill Corporation, the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions to the foodservice industry. He led product design and development activities at Vital Insite, Inc., a medical device startup developing a noninvasive, continuous blood pressure monitor, and he founded the Advanced Sensor Development Lab at Sandia National Laboratories, where his research utilized lasers to generate and detect ultrasound. In the early 1990's he developed software and performed scientific experiments in support of two NASA space shuttle missions. Shermann has authored multiple patents in the areas of data processing, mobile communications, and manufacturing process control. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from Yale University.

Eran Pilovsky, Chief Financial Officer
Eran has more than 25 years of financial management and leadership experience with high growth technology and service companies. Prior to joining Ensenda, Eran was CFO of Metacafe Inc, helping to drive the transformation of this online entertainment video publisher. Previously, Eran was the CFO of several public and private technology companies including SugarSync, Roamware, Aperto Networks, Blue Martini Software and Vyyo. Eran led an IPO, several buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition transactions and numerous private financing transactions. Eran was previously an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young’s Palo Alto technology practice. He is a California CPA (inactive) and received a B.S. Business Administration from the University of San Francisco (Cum Laude).

Jeff Dorr, Vice President of Sales
Jeff Dorr is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and for providing leadership to the sales and solutions consulting team.  Jeff brings with him more than 22 years of collaborative selling experience to Fortune 500 companies.  His experience in selling leading-edge supply chain technology solutions reaches deep into the manufacturing, CPG, high-tech, distribution and food industries.  Driven by a belief in creating customers that are “Partners for Life,” Jeff’s sales achievements have made noticeable impacts for his customers by significantly reducing their supply chain costs and more importantly, aiding them in driving top-line results.  Prior to joining Ensenda, Jeff spent nine years at iTradeNetwork (formerly Instill Corp) as the Vice President of Sales where under his leadership the company posted new sales growth in excess of 300%. He also held a Senior Account Executive role at General Electric Information Services, focusing on retail and high-tech industries, in excess of six years.  Jeff began his career as an Acquisitions & Procurement Officer in the US Air Force, retiring from the Reserves after 21 years. He earned his degree in International Finance from Florida State University and holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Steve Janis, Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Steve has more than 25 years of solution selling experience, primarily in logistics and supply chain organizations, and is responsible for creating and growing relationships with strategic customers and channel partners. His background designing solutions for manufacturers, distributors and retailers has given him the ability to find ways for nearly any company to lower operating costs and gain efficiencies through technology. Steve has been with Ensenda for more than ten years, prior to Ensenda, Steve was Vice President of Business Development at Planalytics and Director of Sales at Sterling Commerce's E-Commerce Division. Before sales management, Steve held a variety of leading sales roles at top companies selling in many vertical markets, giving him the unique ability to listen, advise and build solutions for a broad range of customers. He has specialized in selling enterprise software to streamlines operations and reduce costs. Steve has a B.S. in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University.
